Telephone Cables

The cable conductor is made of solid annealed, electrolytic grade high conductivity Tinned copper. The conductor is insulated with special grade PVC with different colours (PVC insulated and sheated). The insulated cores are twisted with uniform layers to form pairs and are bunched together in such a manner so as to minimise cross talk.

In 50 and 100 pair cables the units of 10 and 20 pairs respectively are identified with colour binders and stranded to form the laid up cable. The laid up cable is further jacketed with a grey colour PVC specially formulated and manufactured in-house.

The cables can be used for internal telephone wiring in high-rise buildings, offices, factories, hotels, residential complexes, etc. Stringent quality control at every stage, from raw material through manufacturing, up to the finished product guarantees high quality. All manufactured as per latest ITD specification.

Approved Make) having annealed bare copper conductor, polyethylene insulated, color coded cores twisted into pairs laid up and fully filled with Petroleum jelly; taped cable core applied with poly aluminum laminate moisture barrier, polytene sheathed and double steel tape Armoured polythene sheathed overall confirming to latest BSNL Specification.

The Petroleum Jelly filled in cables, creates an impenetrable barrier between cores & prevents water seepage into the core cables which would otherwise result into feeble lines which cause cross talk, noise & distortion.

Jelly filled Unarmoured Telephone cable (D.O.T Approved make) is bright annealed bare copper conductor, polythene insulated, cores twisted into pairs, pairs laid up, fully filled, taped with suitable absorbent tape, cable core applied with poly aluminum laminate moisture barrier & polythene sheath.

CCTV Cable/Camera Wire:

Used for CCTV/ surveillance System in Buildings.

Jumper Wire:

Used for jumpering the cable in telephone MDF available in 0.5mm size.

Drop Wire:

Used for connection between distribution point to telephone subscriber premises manufactured in 0.5mm size. Conductor diameter of connecting wire is parallel. Available in 500 mtrs Roll.

Cable available for temporary long connection in field area for telephone lines. Composite conductor of 4 tinned copper & 3 galvanized high tensile wire of 0.29mm dia each
